Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 scoop BioX vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (if making chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen banana slices into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using).
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time.
  4. For a soft-serve texture, enjoy immediately. For firmer ice cream, transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings like dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries!
