Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 scoop BioX vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (if making chocolate flavor)
- 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
Instructions:
- Place the frozen banana slices into a blender or food processor.
- Add protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time.
- For a soft-serve texture, enjoy immediately. For firmer ice cream, transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries!
