High-Protein Birthday Cake Ice Cream Recipe – 2 Serves
Ingredients
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 150g cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp milk, as needed
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
- Extra sprinkles for topping
How to Make Protein Ice Cream
- Add the Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, vanilla and maple syrup to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add a little milk if needed to achieve the right consistency.
- Stir through the rainbow sprinkles.
- Pour into a shallow container and freeze for around 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice while it freezes.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Finish with plenty of sprinkles.
