1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric
1 softgel(pierced) or 1/2 tsp liquid cod liver oil
Pinch of black pepper (to help absorb turmeric)
In a small glass or jar, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.
Add cod liver oil and whisk well or shake in a small jar until everything is mixed.
Take it as a quick shot, ideally in the morning with food.
