๐ŸŒฟ Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric

  • 1 softgel(pierced) or 1/2 tsp liquid cod liver oil

  • Pinch of black pepper (to help absorb turmeric)

๐Ÿฅ„ Instructions:

  1. In a small glass or jar, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.

  2. Add cod liver oil and whisk well or shake in a small jar until everything is mixed.

  3. Take it as a quick shot, ideally in the morning with food.
