  • 1/2 orange or 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (immunity-boosting and refreshing)

  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess and potassium)

  • 1 small knob of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory + warming)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (for omega-3s and fiber)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
