1 cup spinach or kale (packed with vitamins A & C)
1 kiwi (super high in vitamin C)
1/2 orange or 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (immunity-boosting and refreshing)
1/2 banana (for creaminess and potassium)
1 small knob of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory + warming)
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (for omega-3s and fiber)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2β1 cup coconut water or plain water (hydration + electrolytes)
Optional: 1 scoop of unflavoured collagen or plant-based protein for an extra boost
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into your favourite glass or jar and enjoy immediately!
