High-Protein Berry Collagen Gummies

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, pour the berry juice and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Turn the heat to low and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves (don’t let it boil!).
  3. Add the honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  5. Let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Pop out the gummies and enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
