Jase: Stop using it and contact a doctor if a rash develops, as the label warns. Keep the fit firm but comfortable, and remove it for numbness, colour change, swelling, or worsening pain.

HOW TO WEAR
Step 1: Lay support over the knee, smooth side against the skin and with a single strap to the outside of the leg. Place the round hole over the kneecap. While holding support in place, wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach the hook fastener to support.
Step 2: Wrap one remaining outside strap under the knee and attach it to support. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Step 3: Wrap the other remaining outside strap under the knee and attach it to support. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
