Kimmi: How does this ankle support fit?
Jase: It comes in small, medium, and large. The elastic section slides over the foot, then the strap wraps around the ankle and fastens at a comfortable level.
Kimmi: Any reason to be careful with it?
Jase: Yes. It contains natural rubber latex, which may cause an allergic reaction. Avoid overtightening it, and remove it if you develop numbness, colour change, worsening pain, or swelling. It may provide support, but a significant or persistent injury still needs assessment.

HOW TO WEAR
Step 1: Slide the foot in the elasticated part.
Step 2: Wrap the strap around the ankle.
Step 3: Attach the hook loop fastener on the bandage, adjusting the strap to the desired comfort. Avoid attaching the fasteners on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
HOW TO WASH:
Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
