Kimmi: No. Poor growth, repeated illness, ongoing fatigue or appetite changes need assessment by a child-health professional. This is not a treatment for infection, adrenal problems or nutrient deficiency.
The dose shown for children five and over is written as “5ml to 7–8ml” alongside “1½ metric teaspoons,” which is not an exact match. Confirm the intended dose on the bottle rather than guessing. Licorice and withania can interact with medicines and may not suit some health conditions.
Directions
Recommended Dosage: Take the recommended dose by age group twice daily to support strong immunity.

Infants 0-1 year: 0.5 ml (10 drops)

Syrup may be warmed a little to enable easier pouring or drawing dose into the syringe.
