Jase: Yes. Two softgels provide a broad vitamin-and-mineral formula plus saw palmetto, phytosterols, alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed, CoQ10, lycopene and lutein. The softgel contains bovine gelatin and the product contains soy.
Kimmi: What needs extra care?
Jase: The panel includes 10,000IU vitamin A, vitamin K, 25mg vitamin B6 and biotin. Avoid during pregnancy unless specifically advised; check with a healthcare professional if using warfarin or other medicines; tell the laboratory about biotin before blood tests; and stop use for tingling, burning or numbness, which can be signs of excess vitamin B6 exposure. Avoid stacking similar high-dose products.
