Kids Good Stuff contains no added sugar and is extremely low in naturally occurring sugars. One serve of KGS has less than 1g of sugar.

Does it contain artificial sweeteners?
No. Kids Good Stuff contains natural flavours including the sweet protein Thaumatin (an extract of Katemfe fruit from West Africa) and the natural sweetener Stevia.

Does it replace a multi-vitamin?
Yes – Kids Good Stuff is designed to provide complete nutritional support for growing bodies and minds. That means Kids Good Stuff isn’t only a multivitamin, it also contains minerals, pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes, veggies, berries and greens.

How does Kids Good Stuff differ from Good Green Stuff?
Kids Good Stuff is designed specifically for kids, so it has to be different from a product aimed at adults. Children have lower requirements for many nutrients (due to lower bodyweight) and so the amounts of green superfoods and nutrients are adjusted to be appropriate for kids.

Likewise many of the herbs and ‘adaptogens’ that offer digestive or stress support for adults are unnecessary or inappropriate for kids (Burdock, milk-thistle, artichoke, rhodiola rosea, astragalus, rosemary, licorice, hawthorn, gotu kola, ginseng, green tea, turmeric, resveratrol, shiitake).

Kids Good Stuff also has a small amount of added protein to support growth and development and to bolster the nutritional content of meals and snacks. A new ingredient in Kids Good Stuff is ‘Camu camu’ a berry known for its extraordinarily high levels of naturally occurring Vitamin C.
