Jase: Five electrolytes, plus dimethylglycine, shiitake mushroom and ashwagandha.

Jase: One sachet in 250–500ml of water, then drink it within three hours.
Directions
Adults: Add 1 sachet (9g powder) to 250–500ml water according to taste, daily. Shake well and consume within 3 hours. Best taken during exercise or when extra focus is required.
