Kimmi: Jase, stim-free means no caffeine?
Jase: Correct. This pre-workout uses ingredients such as citrulline malate, beta-alanine, taurine, tyrosine, agmatine and HICA without added stimulants.
Kimmi: So no caffeine doesn’t mean no effects?
Jase: Exactly. Beta-alanine can cause temporary tingling, and some ingredients may affect blood pressure or interact with medicines. Check with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Directions
Adults: Mix ½ scoop (15g) of product in 1-2 cups of liquid (Water, Juice, etc) immediately before consumption. Consume 45-90 minutes before exercising. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Do not take more than what is suggested on the label.
