Kimmi: So the caffeine total is the important bit to track?
Jase: Exactly. Three 10 g servings would provide 300 mg of caffeine before tea, coffee, energy drinks or other supplements are counted.
Directions
Suggested use: Dissolve 10 g (two scoops) in 300 mL of cold water and consume before training or exercise. Start with one serving to assess tolerance. The label states not to exceed three 10 g doses per day and to allow at least three hours between doses; higher or repeated dosing is best discussed with a health professional.
Warnings: Contains 100 mg total caffeine per 10 g serving. Limit other caffeine-containing products, including tea, coffee, energy drinks and supplements. Do not use if sensitive to caffeine. Not suitable for children. Seek professional advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medicines, or managing a heart, blood-pressure or anxiety condition. Stop use and seek advice if unpleasant effects occur. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2.
