Directions
The label lists 4–5 capsules daily for a mild dose and 4 capsules 2–3 times daily as a rapid dose. Use the rapid dose only under healthcare-professional direction. Take between meals or on an empty stomach and maintain appropriate fluid intake.
Warnings: Do not use with kidney disease, gastroenteritis, suspected appendicitis, inflamed or obstructed bowel, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, rectal bleeding or unexplained bowel changes. Not for children under 6; seek professional advice for all children, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medicines or prolonged use.
