Kimmi: Yes, it was previously known as Glandnurse. The formula lists Siberian ginseng, withania, licorice, kelp, iodine and several essential oils.

Jase: Does “adrenal” mean it treats an adrenal condition?

Kimmi: No. The name is not a diagnosis or treatment claim. Adrenal, thyroid or ongoing fatigue symptoms need proper medical assessment.

Licorice, iodine, withania and Siberian ginseng can be unsuitable with some medicines or health conditions, including blood-pressure, heart, thyroid, kidney, hormone-sensitive and blood-glucose concerns. Consult a health professional before use if you take medicines. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Directions

Suggested Use: Best taken straight or by drops for infants. Can be taken in 50mls of boiled water as a tea.

Important: The supplied directions do not state how many millilitres to take or how often to take it. Confirm the complete dose on the bottle before use. Seek professional advice before giving this product to an infant or child.

Dietary Advice:

• Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
• Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Swill prior to swallowing.

Precautionary Advice: Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. To accustom to product take a ¼ to ½ dose for the first 2 or 3 days. If taking prescribed medication, consult with your Doctor prior to using ‘Malcolm Harker’ herbal tonics. Avoid coffee or tea for ¼ hour before and after dose.
