Jase: What’s in Destiny, Kimmi?
Kimmi: Each full serve lists 150 mg of caffeine, 1,000 mg of acetyl L-carnitine HCl and 1,000 mg of L-carnitine tartrate, alongside the other active ingredients shown below.
Jase: Is it one of those “guess your scoop” products?
Kimmi: No. The directions say to begin with half a scoop and assess caffeine tolerance before increasing.
Directions
Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well.
Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
We recommend taking Destiny first thing in the morning OR before midday (this serve will ensure key ingredients are working throughout the day). Destiny will also be your go to before any activity (cardio, workout etc). As a pre-workout, take 1/2 - 1 scoop with water 15 - 30 minutes prior to your activity.
