Directions
Mix: Add 1 scoop (25g) in a shaker with 400 - 500mL (depending on your taste preference) of cold water and shake well.
Slushie: Add 1 scoop in a blender with 200 mL of water and top with lots of ice. Blend until it forms a slushie.
Smoothie: Add 1 scoop into a blender with water and your favourite fresh or frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
Warnings: Not suitable for pregnant women. We recommend consulting your health practitioner before adding this into your routine after pregnancy and breastfeeding has ended. Our Protein Water is not recommended for anyone under the age of 15.
