About MuscleSport Creatine + Hydration
This powder combines creatine with a hydration-focused formula. The supplied directions call for one 5 g serving during training and another immediately afterward.

Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (5 grams) in 350-475 ml of cold water. Drink one serving during and another immediately following your workout.
