The retained ingredient section states 2,500mg magnesium per 30ml. It should not be described as a treatment for pain, stress, heart conditions, infection or magnesium deficiency.

Directions

Apply a small amount to intact skin and massage gently, diluting for sensitive skin if needed. For a foot bath, add 60–120ml to shallow water, soak for 15–20 minutes, then discard the liquid. Follow the current container.
