This pure, non-concentrated fish oil is the perfect complement to any healthy lifestyle. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids (EFAs); which we need daily and must be obtained from our diet and/or supplementation. The added vitamin D in this formula ensures that you are getting at least 1000 IU of cholecalciferol which is the natural form of vitamin D.extract (a natural preservative). No gluten, milk derivatives, artificial colours or flavours.
Directions
Suggested Use:Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. One serving provides the daily international recommendation (500 mg) of EPA+DHA (omega-3 essential fatty acids). Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
