This contains sardine and anchovy oil plus gelatin and is not vegetarian. It does not balance hormones or treat mood or skin conditions. Evening-primrose oil may be unsuitable during pregnancy, with seizure disorders or with medicines that affect bleeding. Fish oil may also increase bleeding risk with blood thinners or around surgery.
