Kimmi: This one provides 240mg of gamma linolenic acid—GLA—from 1,000mg of borage oil per softgel.

NOW Foods Borage Oil is expeller-pressed and hexane-free. The oil consists of 60% polyunsaturated fats and contains approximately twice the average GLA content of evening primrose oil. It does not contain harmful levels of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). Natural colour variation may occur.
Directions: Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.
