Kimmi: The panel lists 125 mg calcium and 125 mg magnesium, with manganese, zinc, vitamin K2, vitamin D3 and horsetail.
Jase: So the daily total depends on whether someone takes two or four tablets?
Kimmi: Exactly. Four tablets would provide 500 mg each of calcium and magnesium, plus 992 IU of vitamin D3.
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take 1–2 tablets twice daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings: Include calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K from other products when working out your total intake. Calcium and magnesium can reduce absorption of some medicines, including thyroid medicine and certain antibiotics; ask a pharmacist about spacing. Vitamin K may interact with warfarin. Seek professional advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medicines, or managing kidney disease, kidney stones, high calcium or another medical condition.
