Directions
The label describes 1–2 servings in the morning, up to 3 servings around 30 minutes before exercise, or 1–2 servings after exercise. Each serving contains 50mg of caffeine. Do not exceed the current package’s daily limit, and do not combine these suggested occasions into an unrestricted total.
