Pure Vitality Multivitamin Boost is a liquid blend of vitamins C, A, D3, E and several B vitamins. It provides an alternative dosage form for people who prefer drops, but liquid form should not be described as inherently faster or better absorbed.

Important label conflict: Directions state three drops daily, while the 30 ml bottle is listed as containing only 30 servings and the panel does not define a serving size. The vitamin quantities—especially the 300 micrograms of vitamin A—therefore cannot be confidently matched to the three-drop dose. Verify the current package or manufacturer instructions before use.

3 drops per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner 

Storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place.  

Warning: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not exceed 300 micrograms of vitamin A (1000 IUs) per day. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. It can cause birth defects.
