- XS: 5 in wrist
- SM: 6–7 in wrist
- REG/LARGE: 7–8 in wrist
- XL: 8+ in wrist
Measure the circumference directly over the wrist bone. Sizing is based on wrist circumference, not hand size.
How to Wear
Feed the wrist strap through the rectangular ring, slide your hand through, align the palm piece and thumb cut-out, then secure the strap comfortably. Inspect the grip, buckle and stitching before each use and stop using it if damaged.
