About Vital All-In-One Lemon & Ginger
This lemon-and-ginger powder is described as containing 78 ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, plant ingredients and probiotics. It is intended for once-daily use by people aged 12 years and over.
It can add selected nutrients to the diet but does not replace varied food or guarantee detoxification, stronger immunity, more energy, improved gut health or prevention of illness.
Important: New users are directed to start with 5 g daily for 2–4 weeks before moving to 10 g. Do not mix it into heated liquid. Directions
ADULTS (12 years+) Dissolve 10g (two heaped teaspoons) into 200-300 ml of water, juice (e.g. apple or blackcurrant), or milk of your choice, once a day. If taking a Vital All-In-One for the first time, we suggest halving the serving to 5g (one heaped teaspoon) for 2-4 weeks before starting the full 10g daily serving. Do not heat or add to heated liquid as it can affect the potency of the probiotics. Add Vital All-In-One to your smoothie or sprinkle it on cereal.
