1 frozen banana
1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water
1 scoop vitamin C powder (e.g. buffered ascorbic acid or a liposomal C)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
1/4 tsp grated ginger (optional)
Toppings: granola, sliced kiwi, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, a drizzle of honey
Blend frozen fruit, banana, juice/coconut water, chia seeds, and vitamin C powder until thick and smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite immune-friendly toppings.
