1 cup spinach or kale
1/2 avocado
1 tsp barley grass powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2β1 cup coconut water or almond milk (adjust for desired consistency)
Optional: 1 tsp honeyor maple syrup for sweetness
Optional: 1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds for added nutrition
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy immediately.
