
A zesty, anti-inflammatory powerhouse to support your immune system and brighten your day.
1 orange, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 small knob of fresh ginger (about 2–3 cm)
1 small knob of fresh turmeric (or ½ tsp turmeric powder)
1 tsp M&H Manuka Honey (10+ UMF or similar)
A pinch of black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)
Optional: a dash of cayenne pepper for extra kick
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve if you prefer a smoother shot.
Pour into a small glass or shot bottle.
Take it straight or store in the fridge (good for 2–3 days).
