1 small roasted sweet potato (skin removed)
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)
1 tbsp M&H Manuka Honey(for immune support & sweetness)
1 tbsp chia seeds (for gut-friendly fibre & omega-3s)
Optional: pinch of nutmeg or turmeric for extra warmth
Add all ingredients to a blender.
