Cooking with Kimmi - Spiced Sweet Potato & Ginger Gut-Warming Smoothie

This creamy, comforting smoothie is packed with fibre, beta-carotene, and gut-soothing spices — perfect for colder days or when you need a nourishing reset.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small roasted sweet potato (skin removed)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)

  • 1 tbsp M&H Manuka Honey(for immune support & sweetness)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for gut-friendly fibre & omega-3s)

  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or turmeric for extra warmth

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
