
A warm, soothing drink with turmeric, ginger, and a boost of vitamin D

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated)
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil or MCToil (optional, for creaminess + absorption)
Optional add-in: 1 capsule (opened) or 1 dropper dose of liquid vitamin D or mushroom extract (e.g. reishior chaga)
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and any optional ingredients.
Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy warm.
