
A warm, comforting drink for immune support and seasonal wellness

2 cups apple juice (preferably organic, no added sugar)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
2–3 whole cloves
Pinch of ground turmeric or a small piece of fresh turmeric
1–2 tsp M&H Manuka Honey 10+ UMF (add after heating)
In a small saucepan, combine apple juice, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, and turmeric.
Bring to a gentle simmer and let it infuse for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain into mugs, and stir in Manuka honey once slightly cooled (to preserve its nutrients).
Sip slowly and enjoy the immune-supportive magic.
