Kimmi: What do the side stabilisers do?
Jase: They limit side-to-side movement while the three straps adjust the fit. The open kneecap design can be used on either knee.
Kimmi: Any cautions before strapping it on?
Jase: The neoprene blend may cause a rash, so stop and contact a doctor if that occurs. The brace should be firm but comfortable, never tight enough to cause numbness, colour change, swelling, or more pain. A significant injury or unstable knee still needs assessment.

HOW TO WEAR
Step 1:Lay stabiliser over the knee, smooth side against the skin and with the single strap to the outside of the leg. Place the round hole over the kneecap. Wrap the middle strap under the knee and attach the hook closure to the stabiliser.
Step 2: Position knee into the pocket of support. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under the knee and attach closures to the stabiliser.
Step 3: Adjust all straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
CAUTION: Some individuals may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene blend rubber. If a rash develops, discontinue use and contact a physician.
