Kimmi: Where does the gel pad sit?

Jase: Below the kneecap, according to the supplied fitting steps. Three adjustable straps set the compression, and the support can be used on either knee.

Kimmi: How firm is too firm?

Jase: It should remain comfortable and must not cause numbness, colour change, swelling, or increased pain. It may provide support, but locking, instability, marked swelling, or difficulty bearing weight needs assessment.

HOW TO WEAR

Step 1: Lay support over the knee, smooth side against skin. Place the gel pad below the patella. Wrap middle strap under the kneecap and attach hook fastener to support. 

Step 2: Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under the knee and attach them to support. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable. 

Step 3: Adjust closures of the gel pad to achieve the desired location and compression.

HOW TO WASH

Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
