Kimmi: What ankle size does this adjustable wrap cover?
Jase: The supplied specification says an ankle circumference of 7 to 10.5 inches. Two crossing straps adjust the compression and it can be used on either ankle.
Kimmi: How should it feel?
Jase: Firm but comfortable, preferably over a sock as stated below. Remove it for numbness, colour change, swelling, rubbing, or increased pain. A significant or persistent injury still needs assessment.

HOW TO WEAR
- Open all hook fasteners and place the heel of the foot into the hole with Polartec® Power Stretch-RX® material behind the foot. Secure the top strap.
- Cross the left bottom strap up and over, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the support, under the ankle bone. Follow the same instructions for the right strap. Adjust all straps until fit feels firm, yet comfortable.
HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions: Close all fasteners before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
