Step 1: Insert your thumb into the loop with the smooth side of the material facing your skin.

Step 2: Wrap support from over the top of your wrist, then under your wrist, and back around the top.

Step 3: Secure the fastener and adjust to get a snug fit,

Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
