Jase: What’s in each spray?

Kimmi: Five milligrams each of MGO 100+ mānuka honey and MSM, in a water-based nasal spray.

Jase: Is the child dose the same?

Kimmi: No—children aged 2–11 use one spray per nostril, while ages 12 and over use two.

Directions

Ages 12 years and over: Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2–3 times daily.

Children 2–11 years: Apply 1 spray into each nostril 2–3 times daily.

Warnings: Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only under health-professional supervision. Do not use in children under 2 unless specifically directed. Do not use with allergy to honey or any ingredient. Do not share the spray. Keep the nozzle clean and avoid touching it to the inside of the nose. Stop use and seek advice for persistent irritation, bleeding, breathing difficulty or another adverse reaction.
