Directions
Adults: The supplied directions state 2 capsules 15–30 minutes before bedtime and allow a repeat dose during the night if required. Because that doubles the ingredient intake, confirm the current label and seek professional advice before repeating.
Cautions
- Do not combine with antidepressants or other serotonin-active medicines or supplements unless specifically directed by a clinician. This includes SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics, tramadol, triptans, linezolid and St John’s wort.
- May cause drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery or combine with alcohol, sedatives or other sleep products.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Seek urgent help for agitation, confusion, fever, sweating, diarrhoea, tremor or muscle rigidity.
- The supplied panel says 60 servings per container despite a 60-capsule pack and two-capsule serving. Confirm the current package.
