Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules 1 hour before bed, or as professionally advised.
Warnings: May cause drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery or combine with alcohol or other sedatives after taking. Not suitable for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not combine with prescription sleep medicines, Parkinson’s medicines or other products that affect serotonin unless specifically cleared by a healthcare professional. This includes MAOIs, SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, triptans, tramadol, dextromethorphan and St John’s wort. Seek urgent medical help for possible serotonin syndrome symptoms such as agitation, confusion, sweating, fever, shivering, diarrhoea, muscle rigidity or a rapid heartbeat.
