Directions

- Liquorice may raise blood pressure and lower potassium. Seek advice with high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, low potassium, or use of diuretics, digoxin, corticosteroids or blood-pressure medicine.
- Check suitability with antidepressants, stimulants, thyroid medicine, diabetes medicine and blood thinners.
- Kelp may supply iodine, but the iodine amount is not stated. Seek advice with thyroid disease.
