Directions

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

• Alpha-lipoic acid may affect thyroid treatment and may lower thiamine in people with heavy alcohol use. Fenugreek can trigger legume allergy and may affect bleeding.
• Inulin and magnesium may cause digestive upset or diarrhoea.
