Jase: No, it is a flavoured powder containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and botanical ingredients. The complete formula is shown in the panel image.
Kimmi: Hot drink or cold?
Jase: Either. The supplied directions mix one serve with 250–300 mL of hot or cold water before bed.
Directions
Consume 1 serve 30 – 90 minutes before bed in 250ml - 300ml of cold or hot water.
