Kimmi: Do not combine it with antidepressants, MAO inhibitors or other serotonin-affecting products unless a qualified health professional approves it, as combinations may cause serotonin syndrome. It may cause drowsiness. Keep the label cautions in mind, including the restrictions for children, pregnancy, breastfeeding and specified medical conditions.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, away from protein-containing food, or as professionally recommended. May be taken prior to sleep.
