Jase: The panel lists echinacea extract equivalent to 200mg, 25mg propolis tincture, 50mg vitamin C and 5mg zinc, in a sugar, glucose-syrup and honey base.

Jase: The ingredient panel does not establish prevention or treatment of a cold. Propolis and honey are bee-derived, and propolis can cause serious allergic reactions. The label says it is not vegan despite the vegan tag, excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding, and sets a maximum of three lozenges daily.

Directions

Take up to 3 Cold-ez lozenges daily as soon as you recognise a cold coming on.
